Information about the Center

  • The Vocational Training Centre of the FOUNDATION “FOR INTELLIGENT GROWTH”, town of. Sofia is licensed by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training with License № 2013121090 from 21.10.2013.
  • According to the license issued, the CPE of the FOUNDATION “FOR INTELLIGENT GROWTH” has the right to carry out and certify vocational training , with the acquisition of a degree of professional qualification in 73 specialties, as well as Foreign Language Training and Digital Competence courses. In case of need for training in different specialties, the expert staff of the centre is ready to register the necessary professions for the specific client in a short time.
  • The Center also organizes initial training for the positions of “Head of Security Activity” and “Security Guard” under the “MINIMUM” program of the Academy of the Ministry of Interior with a duration of 40 hours and 5 to 10 days. Passing the initial training course is a mandatory condition for the appointment to the post of Security Guard for candidates without a qualification in the profession, as required by the Private Security Industry Act.
  • The training for the acquisition of professional qualification shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Vocational Education and Training Act (VET Act) regarding the entry level of education, the required number of levels and the duration of the courses in order to obtain a certificate of professional qualification or a certificate when training in part of a profession is conducted after the completion of the qualification course. Part-vocational training is an incomplete qualification course in which only vocation-specific modules are taught. The curricula and syllabuses are original and have been developed in accordance with the State Educational Requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training.

The Vocational Training Center of the Foundation “For Smart Growth” carries out its activities in the direction of education and professional qualification of unemployed persons, employees of organizations in need of a higher level of qualification, citizens seeking their own improvement and qualification adequate to the needs of the labor market and the development of the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy.
Our strategy is to carry out comprehensive training and preparation of specialists according to the needs of corporate clients and companies, governmental and non-governmental organizations, banks, hotels, clubs, restaurants, construction companies, industrial enterprises and office buildings throughout the country.

  • The main goal of the Vocational Training Center at the FOUNDATION “FOR INTELLIGENT GROWTH” is to bring the trainees as close as possible to their chosen profession, to help master its specific technologies and tools, thus giving self-confidence to successful graduates on the path of their professional and personal realization.
  • We employ highly qualified lecturers who are not formal lecturers and mentors, but advisors and partners of the trainees, and do not just share their competences, but experience as a personal cause the formation of each trainee as a true professional. The aim of our teaching team is to arouse the interest of the trainees, to motivate them to actively participate in the training process and to achieve effective results in professional training – a high level of acquired knowledge and skills and formed personal qualities for successful professional realization of the trainees.
  • As an approved Training Provider of the Employment Agency, the CET at the “FOR INTELLIGENT GROWTH” FOUNDATION provides free training with vouchers under the “I can do more” scheme for:
    1. Vocational training for the acquisition of professional qualification and for training in part of a profession for 41 professions /73 specialties/.
    2. Key Competences Training:
      • Key Competency 1 – “Communication in the mother tongue”.
      • Key Competency 2 – Communication in foreign languages.
      • Key competence 3 – Mathematical competence and basic knowledge in science and technology.
      • Key competence 4 – Digital competence.
      • Key Competency 5 – Learning Skills.
      • Key competence 6 – Social and civic competences.
      • Key competence 7 – Initiative and entrepreneurship.
